Officially Arab Republic of  Egypt  bordering on the Mediterranean sea in the north .The most of the Egypt is Located in Africa , the SINAI  peninsula is situated in Asia and is separated from the rest of the country by the SUEZ CANAL .Egypt's Capital and largest city is CAIRO; other major cities include ALEXANDRIA ,PORT SAID ,SUEZ, and  TANTA , Egypt north of Cairo is often called Lower Egypt and south of Cairo Upper Egypt.
